齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)是依靠(kao)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的嚙合傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)扭(niu)(niu)矩的輪(lun)狀(zhuang)機械零件。齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)通過與其他齒(chi)(chi)(chi)狀(zhuang)機械零件(如另一(yi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)、齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)、蝸桿)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),可實現改變轉速(su)與扭(niu)(niu)矩、改變運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方向與改變運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形式(shi)等功(gong)能。由于傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)效(xiao)率高(gao)、傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比準確、功(gong)率范圍大等優點,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)結(jie)構在工業產(chan)品(pin)中廣泛應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)。齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)相互扣(kou)住,一(yi)個(ge)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)會帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)另一(yi)個(ge)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)來傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力。將兩個(ge)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)分開,也可以應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)鏈(lian)條(tiao)、履(lv)帶、皮帶來帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)兩邊的齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)而(er)傳(chuan)(chuan)送動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力。
齒條的吃齒廓為直線而非漸開線(對齒面而言則為平面),相當于分度圓半徑為無窮大圓柱齒輪。齒條可分為直齒齒條和斜齒齒條,分別與直齒圓柱齒輪和斜齒圓柱齒輪配對使用。
在應用中,齒條與圓柱齒輪配合,通常用于伺服電機進行動力傳遞,從而使激光切割頭可以在X、Y、Z方向運動,達到切割各種形狀工件的目的。
而斜齒齒條、齒輪由于嚙合度更好,傳動平穩,噪聲小;重合度大,降低了每對齒輪的載荷,提高了齒輪的承載能力,因此在 激光切割機制造中被廣泛應用。
